Lauren Cook's name is Lauren Koch*.

I'm an actress and a writer who dislikes cats and blue cheese.

If I were to start a fan club it would be equal parts Jenny Lewis and Mark Ruffalo.

I majored in theatre at Barnard college, Columbia University. After graduating, I spent time studying Chekov with Russians and improv comedy without Russians. I often write and act for Phoebeworks Productions. In 2008, FLOATERS, the web series I starred in and wrote for went to Sundance. As a writer, I won an Emmy for having written it. Watch it here.
